For translated brands the Contact Finder automatically displays Contact Persons, which are matching selected language, instead of displaying all Contact Persons.
If no matching contacts are found, “International” contacts get displayed.
A country selection dropdown is automatically displayed on the top of the page.
The content must get configured correctly for this logic to work correctly:
Contact Persons must have a Country defined
Each Contact Person must be published in all languages where it should be displayed
In the respective Country-stories the Language Code must be set to the respective 2-letter code
A ‘placeholder country’ named “International” must be created and published in all languages
Filters can get displayed based on the tags, which are assigned to each Contact-Person.
Contacts can get grouped into sections by the tags, which are assigned to each Contact-Person. The order of sections can get defined in the Limit Results By Tags field.
Each Contact-Person can get assigned one or multiple ZIP-code ranges. If used, then customers can enter a ZIP code or any address, and results will get filtered to the relevant Contact-Persons.
